This policy is written for the valuation tool specifically. It does not cover other services offered on the2sellers.io's main site.
02 What Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Your name and email address (when you use the Service or contact us)
- Payment information (processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves)
- Business information you manually enter: landed inventory costs, off-Amazon operating expenses, product/SKU details
2.2 Information From Amazon (via Seller Central Authorization)
When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, you explicitly authorize us, through Amazon's own consent screen, to access:
- Revenue, fee, and refund data (via Amazon's Finances API)
- Unit sales data per product/SKU (via Amazon's Reports API)
We only request the minimum data needed to calculate your valuation. We do not request or access buyer personal information, order shipping addresses, or any other Amazon buyer data.
You can revoke this authorization at any time directly through your Amazon Seller Central account settings.
03 How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above solely to:
- Calculate an estimated valuation of your Amazon FBA business
- Generate a report (delivered via Google Sheets) summarizing your financial data and valuation
- Allow our internal team to review and finalize your valuation before it's delivered to you
- Process your one-time payment for the Service
- Communicate with you about your valuation or account
We do not use your Amazon Information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service you requested.
04 Who We Share Information With
We share information with the following outside parties, only as necessary to deliver the Service:

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any party outside of delivering the Service.
05 Data Security
- Amazon refresh tokens (the credentials that let us access your Seller Central data) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption, not stored as plain text
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store your card details
- Access to internal review tools is restricted to authorized team members
No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
06 Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
07 Your Amazon Authorization
Connecting your Seller Central account is entirely optional and revocable. You control this authorization directly through Amazon — not through us. Revoking access through Amazon will stop us from being able to pull new data, but does not automatically delete data we've already collected (see Section 8 to request that separately).
08 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent (e.g., by revoking Amazon authorization or closing your account)

09 Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by Amazon sellers who are adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
